Hummus Variations

I have always been a fan of hummus. It is really quick and  easy to make, and it is so versatile – you can serve it with so many different things. You can use it in wraps, with falafels, or simply serve it with breadsticks. It is really good for you too – hummus is low in fat, and high in protein. Today, I decided to make variations of the standard hummus I like to make, for a change. I like to serve my hummus with grissini (Italian breadsticks) and dukka – a spice mix from the middle east that contains ground hazelnuts. I will post the original recipe, plus the extra ingredients you will need for the variations, if you want to try them.
